FERRARA, 2015

The subject of this final project is the demolition and reconstruction of a complex intended to elementary school and gym set in the place of Dosso City of St. Augustine near Piazza G. Garibaldi. The project includes in particular:
- Demolition of existing buildings used as elementary school and gymnasium
- Construction of a new building used for school activities
- Construction of a new building used as a gym

From the constructive point of view the two lots (lot A and lot B school) are designed to either be manufactured in two distinct phases (first lot A and then the lot B) both from the architectural point of view that plant that structural. from the architectural point of view, sizing, functions and escape have been designed to work properly in the presence and in the absence of the gym. The one dimensional interference is formed from the small basement located under the south side of the locker room to be built with lot A containing the boiler room with tank and fire pumps.
