This school avoids looking for its founding principles in the typological specialisms, striving instead to merge with the city, allowing itself to be contaminated by the language of its urban spaces and allowing the flow of citizens into its areas. The settlement rules of the irpini landscapes are retraced in the search for a measure of volumes and spaces, in the rediscovery of a basement modeling, rooted and articulated, made up of artificial soils crossed and crossed by a system of ramps and staircases, by stairs and belvedere spaces, which lead from the square towards the Castle, binding the subtle canvas of Ariano's system of routes and places. The physical and perceptive experience merge: in these spaces the measure is reduced, the perception is reduced, with some sudden glimpses towards the horizon of the landscape.
