The project recount the history of the Italian palazzo making a consolidated figure regress, and introducing uncertainties into it, in such a way to contain a greater social and ideal dynamic. This is why the palace withholds from its base and leaves a staircase to suggest a passed monumentality. The quadrilateral breaks, and winds into a spiral that contains the administrative offices and defines the public area. Its piazzas are transformed into a pathway to be seen in time, articulated in different places that are ordered according to an emi-simmetrical rule that obliges people to go through the palazzo from within its court, thus bringing it to life. On one side the volumes break up like remains of an antique building, on the other they lift up generating a large, contemporary cut.
